As our new Head of People & Culture, you will have high impact from day 1. Lead the recruiting process end-to-end, including crafting inspiring job content, conducting screening interviews and handling candidate communication.
Innovate Reel's Talent Acquisition by reinventing and executing lean recruiting structures.
Build Reel’s people and talent acquisition team over time.
Developing and leading comprehensive employer branding initiatives, and representing Reel at relevant events and career fairs.
You are enthusiastic about having a real impact on climate change. You do not need to have prior knowledge about renewables, PPAs, or electricity - just a passion for technology and making a difference, and a willingness to grow.
We imagine you will have some (not necessarily all) of the following:
Extensive experience in People & Culture or related fields, ideally gained in high-performance or VC-funded organizations.
Experience in scaling up a business and understanding the challenges and opportunities in such context, having handled high-impact initiatives across the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle.
Exceptional ability to articulate and implement a vision for attracting top-notch talent, with demonstrated experience in building and nurturing an outstanding company culture.
International and inclusive mindset and experience, having managed and hired people from all over the world.
Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in dynamic, high-performance environments.
Exceptional communication skills to build trust, coach individuals at all levels and become the trusted go-to-advisor within Reel.
Hands-on personality with a “no task is too small”-attitude.
